Umrah Packages from Birmingham UK

Many families living in Birmingham also think of traveling for Umrah like many others. Whenever you choose to visit the House of Allah, you want everything to be perfect. But planning the trip is not easy. Many families find it hard to get visa processed in time. The other challenges include finding the flights, getting bookings in good hotels and then traveling to places other than harams.

This is where Safa Travels steps in to help you. We are the travel agents planning umrah in Birmingham. For many years, we have helped people from to go to Makkah and Madinah. We are not just a computer website. We are real people who know how much your Umrah dream means to you.

Our Umrah Packages from Birmingham 2026

We have many Umrah Packages that fly from Birmingham Airport (BHX). We have different options depending on how much money you want to spend, when you want to travel, and how big your group is. If you want a quick 7-night trip or a long 14-night trip so you have more time in Makkah and Madinah, we have a good plan for you.

Economy 7-Night Package

This gives you 4 nights in Makkah and 3 nights in Madinah. You will stay in 3-star hotels that are close enough to walk to the Haram. It includes your return flights from Birmingham, your visa, and transport. This is a very good and simple choice if you just want the main things done properly.

Standard 10-Night Package

This gives you 7 nights in Makkah and 3 nights in Madinah. You stay in 4-star hotels that are usually just 500 meters away from the Grand Mosque. This is great for people who want a little more comfort and more time for prayers, without paying too much money.

Family 10-Night Package

This is 10 nights just like the standard package, but it is made for families. We can give you rooms for four people or big family rooms. Parents traveling with school kids or older children traveling with their old parents really like this option.

Premium 14-Night Package

This gives you 10 nights in Makkah and 4 nights in Madinah. You stay in very nice 4-star and 5-star hotels. Because you stay longer, you get more chances to do Tawaf. You can enjoy quiet mornings in the Haram before it gets full of people. You also get more time in Madinah to sit near Masjid an-Nabawi without feeling that you have to hurry.

Luxury 14-Night Package

This is our top option. You stay in the best 5-star hotels. You get your own private car for travel, and one of our team members is always there to help you during your whole trip. This is for people who want to feel completely relaxed and know everything is ready before they arrive in Saudi Arabia.

All our packages include return flights from Birmingham, your Umrah visa, hotels in both holy cities, and transport between the airport and hotels in Saudi Arabia. The food options change depending on which package you pick. Just talk to our team to see what food plan is best for you.

What You Get in Every Package?

No matter which package you pick, some things are always the same when you travel with Safa Travels.

Return flights from Birmingham Airport

We use airlines that fly straight to Jeddah and Madinah. This means you fly from your own city and do not have to travel far down to London Heathrow.

Umrah Visa

We do all the work for your visa. You just give us your papers, and we handle everything.

Hotels in Makkah and Madinah

We check every hotel to make sure it is really close to the holy places. We do not book a hotel that is a long 20-minute taxi ride from the Masjid al-Haram and tell you it is near.

Transport in Saudi Arabia

When you arrive in Jeddah or Madinah, a driver will be waiting for you. We also arrange the car for your travel between the two holy cities. You will not have to worry about finding taxis in a new country after a very long flight.

Help anytime you need

If a problem happens during your trip, like a late flight or a question about your hotel, you can call our number. A real person from our team will always answer to help you, day or night.

What is not included, but you can ask for

Food (like just breakfast or all your meals), travel insurance, and Ziyarat tours (visits to special historical places). We like to tell you this clearly right now so you have no surprises later.

London Umrah

Flying from Birmingham Airport (BHX)

Birmingham Airport is very easy to use. You do not have to fight big crowds like at Heathrow. It has clear signs, good food, and halal eateries. You should get to the airport 3 hours before your flight.

Most flights to Saudi Arabia go to Jeddah. Some flights go to Madinah.

It is very simple to reach the airport. The train from Birmingham New Street takes just 10 minutes. If you drive a car, please book your parking early. People from other cities like Coventry and Leicester can also reach this airport very easily.

The Best Time for Umrah

October to December

The weather during these months is very nice and cool. It is not too crowded around the Holy Kaaba. The prices for hotels and flights are also very good at this time of the year. You can take a 7-day or 14-day trip and enjoy the calm atmosphere.

January and February

The weather is chilly, especially in the mornings and evenings. This time is very good for older people because they will not sweat or get too tired while walking. Just remember to pack a light jacket!

School Holidays (Like Easter)

You can travel when the kids have a break from school! At Safa Travels, we have special 7-day, 12-day, or 14-day Easter holiday packages. This means you can take the whole family without the kids missing any classes.

Ramadan

This is a beautiful and very special time to go. The rewards for praying are huge! But, it is very busy and it costs more money. Fasting all day can also make you feel tired. If you want to go in Ramadan, you must tell us and book your spot very early.

Summer (July and August)

It gets extremely hot in Saudi Arabia during the summer. The temperature can go over 40°C! The prices are cheap, but the heat can be very hard for sick people, older parents, or little kids to handle. You will need to drink plenty of water.

Travelling with Family, Older Parents, or Groups

Families

We love helping families! We can put your whole family in the same big room. You can choose a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel depending on how much money you want to spend. For kids, a 7-day to 10-day trip is usually best so they have plenty of time to sleep and rest. Many of our partner hotels even give you a free breakfast every morning!

Older Parents

We want your parents to be super comfortable. We pick 4-star and 5-star hotels that are very close to the Haram (the grand mosque). This way, they do not get tired walking back and forth to pray. If they need extra help, we can get wheelchairs for them at the airport and for moving around safely.

Groups

Do you have a huge family, or want to travel with people from your local mosque? We can plan trips for very big groups. Tell us early so we can put everyone on the same direct or indirect flight from Birmingham, and in the exact same hotel. We also give you private, luxury buses so everyone can ride together easily!

Your Umrah Visa

Getting a visa can be tricky, but we do all the hard work for you! Safa Travels is an official, trusted travel agency. We have licenses from important travel groups like ATOL, IATA, and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This means your money and your trip are completely safe with us.

To get your visa, we just need your passport (it must be valid for at least 6 more months) and a clear picture of your face. Visas let you stay in Saudi Arabia for up to 30 days. We make sure all your paperwork is 100% ready before you go to the Birmingham airport. Please wait to wear your Ihram until we tell you your visa is fully ready!

Visiting Holy Places (Ziyarat)

Going to Umrah is amazing, but you should also go out and see the historical holy places. This special tour is called Ziyarat.

Makkah

You can visit Cave Hira (where the Prophet Muhammad received the first message), Jabal Thawr, and interesting Islamic museums.

Madinah

You will visit the Prophet's Mosque, pray at the Quba Mosque, and see the famous Mount Uhud.

We provide VIP cars or buses to take you to all these places safely. You do not have to worry about finding a taxi. If you want, we can give you a friendly, private tour guide who will share the amazing true stories of these places. Or, we can just give you a simple map if you want to walk around alone with your family.

What Happens After You Book?

We want you to feel relaxed. Here is our step-by-step plan after you pick your travel package:

1 to 2 days later

We send you a quick email. This email confirms that we have started working on your trip.

4 to 6 weeks before you fly

We apply for your Umrah visa. We also talk to the hotels in Makkah and Madinah to lock in your exact rooms.

2 to 3 weeks before you fly

We send your flight tickets. Please look at the tickets carefully and check that your name is spelled perfectly!

1 week before you fly

We send a final, helpful message. It will have travel tips and an emergency phone number to call for help.

During the trip

Our team is famous for having amazing customer service! If you get lost, or if anything goes wrong in Saudi Arabia, just call us. We are always ready to fix it.

Going Home

When your trip is over, we make sure a driver is booked and waiting outside your hotel. They will take you straight to the airport so you can fly back to Birmingham with zero worries.

Why Choose Safa Travels?

We know Birmingham and its people. We are honest. We do not book cheap hotels that are far away from the mosque. Your money is safe with us. If we cannot do something for you, we will tell you the truth.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I fly from other airports?
+
While our main packages fly out of Birmingham, we know that might not work for everyone. If you live closer to London, Manchester, or another city, just let us know! We can easily change your flight to an airport that is closer to your home. Just call our friendly team, and we will find the best flight for you.
How much money do I pay first?
+
The money you pay first is called a deposit, and it helps us save your spot. The exact amount depends on the hotel and flight you pick for your trip. When you call us to plan your journey, we will tell you exactly how much the deposit is. We always make sure the rules are clear so there are no surprises.
Do you help people who cannot walk?
+
Yes, we care a lot about making the trip easy for older people or anyone who has trouble walking. We can have a wheelchair waiting for you at the airport and during your tours. We also make sure your hotel has big elevators and no hard stairs. Just tell us what you need, and we will set everything up to keep you comfortable.
Can women travel alone?
+
Yes, women can absolutely travel without a male relative (mahram) now. The rules have changed, making it much easier for women to perform Umrah. You can travel safely by yourself, with your friends, or join our big, friendly groups. We will make sure you feel totally safe and supported during your entire trip to Saudi Arabia.
Do I need a vaccine?
+
Yes, the Saudi government has special health rules to keep everyone safe. You must get a meningitis injection from your doctor before you travel. You need to get this shot at least 10 days before your flight takes off. Be sure to bring your vaccine certificate with you, as they will ask to see it at the airport.
Can I stay longer?
+
Yes, you can definitely add more days to your trip if you want to spend extra time praying or resting! However, staying longer means you have to pay a little more for the extra hotel nights. Please tell us very early when we are first planning your trip. This helps us book your room and change your return flight without any problems.
Can I bring Zamzam water?
+
Yes, bringing holy Zamzam water back home for your family is a wonderful idea! You must pack the special, sealed bottles in your big suitcase that goes under the airplane. You are not allowed to carry it on the plane in your small handbag or backpack. We can help you buy the right, safe bottles before you head to the airport.
When do I book for Ramadan?
+
Ramadan is the most popular and busy time of the year for Umrah. Because millions of people want to go, hotels and flights sell out extremely fast! We highly suggest that you book your trip at least 5 to 6 months early. Booking early also means you will get the best choices and prices before everything becomes too expensive.
Can I pay slowly?
+
Yes, we know that paying for a big trip all at once can be hard. We offer easy payment plans where you can pay a small amount of money every month. You just need to finish paying the full amount before it is time to fly. Call us, and we will help set up a fair plan that fits your family's budget perfectly.
Ready to Book?
+
Call us, fill out our form, or send a WhatsApp message. We will not push you to buy. We just want to help you plan a good trip.
